IRA Charitable Rollover Benefits Extended
There are many ways to support the compassionate care of Four Seasons. Some volunteer their time and talents, while some choose to donate a monetary gift to support quality end-of-life care in Western North Carolina. The IRA Charitable Rollover Benefit extension is one more reason to support Four Seasons.
• IRA Charitable Rollovers and other giving incentives have been renewed through 2011.
• Allows individuals age 70½ and older to donate up to $100,000 from their Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) to charities such as Four Seasons, without having to count the distributions as taxable income.
• Last day to make a retroactive contribution for the 2010 tax year is Monday, January 31, 2011.
